Commission rules.
Please read these terms before submitting a commission request.
General
I reserve the right to accept or decline any request. A submitted request is not a purchase or an agreement to provide a commission.
Payment
Payment information is provided only after I accept your request. Payment is made externally through the payment method shown in your private commission portal. I must verify the payment before the commission is officially confirmed and added to my queue.
Process & Revisions
Minor changes are allowed during the sketch stage. Once a sketch or major stage has been approved, significant changes may require an additional fee. I will discuss any additional cost with you before making the change.
Refunds
Once payment has been verified and I begin work, refunds are no longer available simply because you change your mind or no longer want the commission. Please make sure you are ready to proceed before paying. If I am unable to complete the commission for a reason on my side, I will provide an appropriate partial or full refund depending on how much work has been completed. Refunds are otherwise unavailable once work has begun.
Usage
Personal-use and commercial-use rights are separate. Commercial rights may cost extra.
Portfolio Rights
I may display completed commissioned artwork on my social media and in my portfolio unless we agree otherwise before completion.
