Does submitting a request guarantee a commission?
No. Every request is reviewed personally. Acceptance is never automatic.
Why do I need to provide my Instagram username?
Instagram becomes the main communication channel after payment has been verified.
When do I receive payment information?
Only after your request has been accepted and the final price has been set.
What does “I've Paid” mean?
It tells the artist that you've made the external payment. It does not automatically verify the payment.
How are extra characters priced?
Each additional character is 70% of the selected base price.
Why can custom illustrations have a different final price?
Detailed scenes and backgrounds can vary greatly in complexity. The calculator gives an estimate, but the artist determines the final price after reviewing the request.
Can I request something not listed?
Yes. Use Custom Illustration or explain what you have in mind in your request.
How do I know what's happening with my request?
The planned full system will provide a private request status page and notifications.
Is there a commercial-use fee?
Yes. Commercial use adds 100% of the calculated commission price, regardless of commission type.
Can Character Illustration have a detailed background?
No. Character Illustration is limited to transparent/no background or a simple background. Detailed backgrounds belong under Custom Illustration.
